Deine Kompetenzen

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Qualitätsbeauftragten oder Auditor (Qualitätssystem nach nationalem / internationalem Standard oder Luftfahrtbezogen) oder nachweisbare Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Qualitätssystemen
Du bringst Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und/oder Compliance Management mit
Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit AMOS und/oder in Safety Management Systemen sowie Kenntnisse der anwendbaren, luftrechtlichen EASA- und LBA-Vorgaben sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
Ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis frei von Einträgen

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits sowie deren Überwachung
Du bist für die Kommunikation mit nationalen sowie internationalen Luftfahrtbehörden und Kunden verantwortlich
Du erarbeitest Handbücher, Supplements, Verfahren und Formblätter
Du begleitest externe Auditoren (Kunden und Behörden)
Du bewertest und überwachst Abhilfemaßnahmen und Korrekturmaßnahmen
Die Bewertung, Erarbeitung, Überwachung sowie gegebenenfalls Durchführung aller notwendigen Schulungsmaßnahmen hervorgehend aus den betrieblichen/luftrechtlichen Anforderungen liegt in Deinen Händen
Du übernimmst die Sichtung von Verträgen und gleichst diese auf luftrechtliche Vorgaben ab

Your profile

You have completed training as a quality representative or auditor (quality system according to national / international standards or aviation-related) or have demonstrable knowledge of quality systems
You have knowledge of quality and/or compliance management
You have knowledge of AMOS and/or safety management systems and knowledge of the applicable EASA and LBA aviation regulations is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English
Good knowledge of MS Office
A police clearance certificate free of entries

Your mission

You are responsible for planning, conducting and monitoring internal and external audits
You are responsible for communicating with national and international aviation authorities and customers
You develop manuals, supplements, procedures and forms
You accompany external auditors (customers and authorities)
You evaluate and monitor corrective measures and corrective actions
You are responsible for evaluating, developing, monitoring and, if necessary, implementing all necessary training measures based on operational/aviation law requirements
You review contracts and compare them with aviation law requirements
