Deine Kompetenzen

Du verfügst über eine EASA Part-66 Lizenz B1 oder B2
Du bringst eine Zertifizierung in Flugzeugwartung oder einem verwandten Bereich mit
Du hast Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder überwachenden Rolle innerhalb einer Part-145 zugelassenen Organisation
Du bist vertraut mit unterschiedlichen Systemen (AMOS, MS Office Suite)
Du bist eine starke Führungskraft mit dem Fokus auf Wartungsleistung, Teamarbeit und Motivation
Du bringst Engagement für ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld mit proaktivem Ansatz zur Identifizierung und Beseitigung potenzieller Gefahren mit
Klare, effiziente Kommunikation und hohe Koordinationsfähigkeit
Ein einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis zum Bestehen der ZÜP gemäß §7 LuftSiG

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist für die Wartungsprozesse in deinem Dock verantwortlich und führst, entwickels und leitest das Team
Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für das Team im Dock
Du stellst sicher, dass alle Wartungsverfahren den Standards entsprechen
Du koordinierst die Verfügbarkeit und den Einsatz von Werkzeugen und Ausstattungen im Dock
Du arbeitest eng mit Projektleiter und Wartungsmanager für eine termingerechte Ausführung zusammen
Du sorgst für die konsequente Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards

Your profile

You hold an EASA Part-66 licence B1 or B2
You have a certification in aircraft maintenance or a related field
You have experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a Part-145 approved organisation
You are familiar with different systems (AMOS, MS Office Suite)
You are a strong leader with a focus on maintenance performance, teamwork and motivation
You bring commitment to a safe working environment with a proactive approach to identifying and eliminating potential hazards
Clear, efficient communication and high coordination skills
A clean police clearance certificate to pass the ZÜP according to §7 LuftSiG

Your mission

You are responsible for the maintenance processes in your dock and lead, develop and manage the team
You are the main point of contact for the team in the dock
You ensure that all maintenance procedures meet the standards
You coordinate the availability and use of tools and equipment in the dock
You work closely with the project manager and maintenance manager to ensure timely execution
You ensure consistent compliance with safety standards
