Deine Kompetenzen

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Metallflugzeugbauer, Mechaniker, Kontruktionsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Qualitätsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität – du behälst auch unter Druck den Überblick
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit hoher Eigenmotivation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, AMOS-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis frei von Einträgen, da der Arbeitsplatz im Sicherheitsbereich des Flughafens liegt

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Inspektion von Flugzeugbauteilen auf Beschädigungen sowie Auswahl geeigneter Reparaturmethoden und Materialien
Die Anwendung von Reparaturanweisungen, technischen Zeichnungen und relevanten Dokumentationen liegt in deiner Verantwortung
Du übernimmst die Reparatur von Flugzeugkomponenten durch klassische Verfahren wie Bohren, Nieten, Sägen, Biegen und Kanten
Du überprüfst die durchgeführten Arbeiten mit Prüf- und Messgeräten und übernimmst die vollständige Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten
Du koordinierst und bearbeitest zeitgleich verschiedene Aufträge mit Fokus auf fristgerechte Fertigstellung

Your profile

You have completed vocational training as a metal aircraft fitter, mechanic, construction mechanic or comparable qualification
Quality-oriented and responsible way of working
Reliability, resilience and flexibility - you keep an overview even under pressure
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills paired with high self-motivation
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of AMOS desirable
A police clearance certificate free of entries, as the workplace is located in the security area of the airport

Your mission

You will inspect aircraft components for damage and select suitable repair methods and materials
You will be responsible for applying repair instructions, technical drawings and relevant documentation
You will repair aircraft components using conventional methods such as drilling, riveting, sawing, bending and edging
You will check the work carried out using testing and measuring equipment and complete documentation of the activities
You will coordinate and process various orders simultaneously with a focus on timely completion
